You will assist the site manager and the supervisory team with administrative tasks related to the daily human and material management of the site.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Assist managers with daily operations by handling administrative tasks related to employee management.
Track and transmit to the HR department the administrative documents related to employee time management.
Collaborate with the site manager in maintaining relationships with temporary employment agencies and perform firstlevel verification of temporary staff billing.
Assist managers in entering reports and dashboards with HR quality and safety management indicators (no handling of sensitive/financial data).
Ensure the followup and preparation of supply orders for the agency and individual protective equipment.
Collect and verify the elements of the hiring file and transmit them to the HR department.
Processing time for Geovictoria anomalies and schedules.
Temporary staffing reports.
Well what will the requirements be
Proficiency in the Office suite especially Excel.
Company agreements.
Good level of english is a plus Skills
Proactivity and commitment.
Analytical skills.
