Operations Coordinator

• Helping the team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Demo/Product Representatives have highquality uptodate support material.
• Handling urgent calls emails and messages when Demo/Product Representatives are unavailable answering customer queries informing them of delays and scheduling marketing events.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department.
• Hiring and training Demo/Product Representatives and ensuring Demo/Product Representatives meet their quotas and goals.
• Making the clients products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• Coordinating and scheduling Demo/Product Representatives work schedules and approving time off requests
• Performing clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Proactive
  
• Good communication skills
• With handling people experience
• at least collegelevel or college graduate
• Proficient in MS Office software

Special Qualifications:

• Preferably with motorcycle
