Test Manager - Capital Market

• Overall coordination with all stakeholders for any project activities
• Ensuring team presence and formal work allocations are done on agreed timelines.
• Prioritizing the work as per project discussion and decisions made.
• Preparing all documentations which are required as per standard.
• Ensure quality and deliverables are given on time.

• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g. HP ALM Jira TestRail)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs SQL Queries
• Basic knowledge of automation & scripts and test automation tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).

• Following up on tasks which are pending with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highlighting the project risk or project concerns to client to take it forward.
• Conducting daily standup calls for day today activities for achieving the targets
• Planning for catchup activities in case of any targets which are missed.
• Cocoordinating with Automation team to automate and drive automation framework.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
