• Independently Research think and create various creative designs Like Logo Brochure Packaging Flyer Hoarding Invitation Cards Social Media Posts Icons PowerPoint Presentations Website Banner Design Space Design.
• Monitoring team of Junior Graphic Designers to enhance performance and provide guidance and support to create better creatives.
• Effectively adapt the master design and its elements into various kinds of applications.
• Be accurate and pay attention to each minute detail of the design and be a good listener.
• Must have Intermediate to advance level working experience with Adobe Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW & InDesign to produce thoughtful designs and candidate must be able to produce minimum 6 creative designs a day.
• Candidate should handle Junior Graphic Designers and just need to focus on creative design making.
• Repetitive and NonCreative tasks like image cutout redrawing and other such tasks can be done by fellow Junior Designers.
• Daily Filling Job Sheet for done tasks and map given timeline.
• Candidate should be passionate for design and have the ability to create visuals from words.

• Candidate with Fine Arts Degree / Design School Graduate is preferred who has an eye for details and awesome portfolio.
• Must be Good at Photo Composition using advanced photoshop techniques to create eye catchy visuals and give it a cinematic look.
• Advanced level working experience in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign & CorelDRAW Intermediate level knowledge of Word Excel & PowerPoint. Gujarati Hindi type setting using Shreelipi software is added advantage.
• Candidate should enjoy doing artistic work.
• One should be a good team mate and have the flexibility to adapt to new ideas.
• Work methodically under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be punctual in time and deliverables
• Good command on English like Writing Understanding & Reading
• Leadership Skills
