Job Title: Program Trainer
Job Type: 12month contract
Location: Hybrid (Boston MA)
Role: Participates in training plans for the implementation of a new financial system reports to the Program Training Lead.
Responsibilities:
Developing and reviewing training materials and resources.
Planning and coordinating training logistics.
Tracking and reporting training attendance and outcomes.
Conducting individual and group training.
Participating in software testing.
Skills required:
Good facilitation skills and ability to communicate clearly in oral and written contexts.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend training solutions.
Experience in training across various levels of an organization.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience in managing a training schedule preparing training materials and monitoring attendance.
Ability to deliver training using various methodologies.
Proficient in eLearning tools such as Captivate Camtasia Snagit and Storyline.
Competency in computerbased and collaboration tools including Office365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Outlook) MS Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and prioritize activities.
Proactive and positive attitude towards work.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in training users undergoing significant business process change due to an IT system upgrade.
Proficiency in multimedia and instructional design tools.
Experience with projectrelated tools such as SharePoint Jira and Confluence.
Experience in training in large organizations with sophisticated financial characteristics.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field with 3 5 years of experience in developing delivering and evaluating training materials and conducting training in a largescale organization.
