We are looking for a motivated Division Controller manager to join our team!
Responsible for the overall accuracy and timeliness of the division s reported results including monthly and quarterly reconciliations with comments and explanations capital spending CAR justifications inventory analysis (valuation/reserves) maintenance of standard costs and projections.
Responsibilities:
- Assure compliance with Vishay Precision Group policies and procedures (including cost reporting definitions)
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and assist with audit preparation
- Monthly & Quarterly financial reporting package including variance analysis
- Perform integral financial analysis used in the decisionmaking process.
- Prepare the yearly budget and periodic forecast
- Develop financial models to support growth cost reduction & business decisions
- Work closely with the division top management
- Maintain & improve current financial process to produce collect and analyze data

Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or related field
- CPA or CMA preferred
- 10 years of experience in finance with solid accounting background.
- Experience working with global industrial public companies is an asset
- Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- A high standard of accuracy and precision while adhering to tight timelines
- Experience with SOX compliance & US GAAP reporting
- Highly organized detailed orientated along with ability to see the big picture
- Experience with ERP (QAD Advantage) & advance Excel skills
