Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Must have Genesys Cloud implementation and product experience
- Plan and implement large IT projects
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Proven record of accomplishment of delivering successful projects on time within budget and meeting customer expectations.
- Strong experience in project management methodologies including Scaled Agile Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members internal/external business stakeholders IT stakeholders and senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Project management certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
- Experience leading projects with public sector organizations in Canada. This could include municipal provincial or federal governments as well as crown agencies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10 Yrs of Project Management experience in information technology or other related fields
- Experience Implementing 2 Projects in Genesys IVR
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Strong leadership qualities
