Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Design and develop highquality code and features with a high degree of ownership.
Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews unit testing and peer programming.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Write clean scalable code using .NET programming languages.
Balance competing priorities to effectively ship new features resolve defects and manage technical debt.
Participate in Agile ceremonies story refinement and accurately estimate work efforts and requirements.
Support a failfast and learn mentality to drive responsible innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
8years of development experience in the Microsoft technologies C# ASP.NET MVC framework Razor Pages HTML5 CSS JavaScript.
Experience developing Frontend Web Application framework utilizing ASP.Net Core for enterprise level web applications.
Handson experience working in .NET CORE 7 .NET Framework 4.8.
Proficient in SQL developing and executing database queries in SQL/PostgreSQL.
Proficient in EF Core ADO.NET.
Experience in Agile Software Delivery Jira GitHub unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with the clientside framework jQuery/ Angular 16.
Third party API and SSO integrations.
Strong understanding of various levels of ntier architecture using objectoriented concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Integration of the clients HCM core platform with thirdparty systems like Greenhouse Earned Wage Access / Daily Pay ACA (SyncStream) and Workers Comp PayGo.
Understanding of modern microservicebased architectures and methodologies.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud vendor solutions like Azure.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline.
HCM domain knowledge is a plus.
