Job Description

Our Client is an IT technology company in New York that opened offices in the Palermo Buenos Aires area in 2023 to support operations in the USA and globally. For level 2 of the Support Department we will select a SystemSupport Engineer orSystems Administrator in Buenos Aires.

Mission to accomplish

SystemSupport Engineerisresponsible for providing advanced technical support to end users of our technology stack. In this role you will resolve and escalate client technical issues in a timely manner.

Keys to the position:

1. Systems Engineers must be highly technical and comfortable handling various server operating systems Citrix Terminal Services Exchange Disaster Recovery Networking and local desktop/mobile devices.

2. Have prior experience working in a Support / Service / Systems Administrator role (mandatory).

3. Have a thorough understanding of relevant technological concepts and be passionate about staying at the forefront of an everevolving technology landscape.

What You Will Do:

Provide a high level of service in all customer interactions.

Provide remote user support for Cloud/Citrix based issues.

Evaluate and handle incoming requests via telephone and ticket queues.

Troubleshooting diagnosis and resolution of various technical issues.

Maintain customer life cycle documentation.

Thoroughly document progress and solutions within the ticketing system.

Work with other technical teams to resolve and/or escalate issues

Build rapport with customers end users and coworkers.

Be available for weekly oncall rotation.

Job Requirements:

3 years working in a Support/Service/Systems Administrator role.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related degree preferred.

English fluency (mandatory).

Job Offer:

Hybrid job: 5 days/week inperson during training; 3 days/week inperson after training week.

Working hours: during training 10am 4pm local time MonFri; assigned 8hr shift after training (daytime)

Location: Av Scalabrini Ortiz y Av Crdoba (Palermo Buenos Aires).

. Department: Tier 2 Support.

. Employment contract and salary payment in dollars through Deel.

. Salary range: depending on experience.
