- Managing front desk.
- Handling inquiries taking the information from customers and passing it on to the particular department as well as maintaining the inquiries data and reporting to the Director sir 2 times in a month.
- Supervise housekeeping staff for timely cleanliness of the office.
- Monitor office supplies pantry and medicine and place orders when necessary
- Coordinating with external agencies and executing AMCs for office equipment.
- Responsible for scheduling staff meetings conferences board meetings and other official activities.
- Maintaining All Inventories and Asset Management.
- Assisting New Joiners with a welcome kit desk allocation and documentation.
- Managing employee attendance reporting deficiency in work hours and overall leave management by coordinating with employees.
- Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on time including contact with staff and managers.
Requirements
Should be proactive in handling the work and should be an independent worker to manage the tasks on own.
Experience: 12 Years
Qualification: Any Graduation
Should be accurate on documentation. Good English communication- spoken/written.
