Job Description

This is a remote position.

Data Analysis and Management:

Analyse existing customer data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement data enrichment strategies to enhance customer profiles.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data across all platforms.


Customer Insights:

Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.

Generate insights from enriched data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns based on enriched data.


Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure data enrichment

initiatives align with business goals.

Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Train and mentor team members on best practices for data enrichment and management.


Technology and Tools:

Utilise advanced data enrichment tools and technologies to streamline processes.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data enrichment and customer relationship

management.



Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on the effectiveness of data enrichment initiatives.

Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.

Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.


Requirements

SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data enrichment tools and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Data Science or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management customer relationship management or a similar role.

Experience with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.

Previous experience with high volume data entry (100 entries per day)

At least 4 + years experience in executive assistant or in a similar administrative role Experience with an Accounts Administration Role Proficiency in office software and productivity tools. Quickbooks Experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desired Skills or Qualifications: Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in rental properties a plus
