Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure theyre aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidate should have extensive experience with HR practices and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage all facets of HR including Data Management Payroll Employee Relations and Compensation Management.
- Oversee policy making client and employee management.
- Collaborate with HR teams at our Manila headquarters.
- Work closely with L&D and Employee Engagement teams in Manila.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across Cebu Site.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
- 810 years of experience in an HR managerial position.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Extensive experience in all facets of HR.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and experienced in handling NLRC and Sena hearings.
- Thorough understanding of statutory and tax government rulings.
