ARIS Modeler

Position Overview:

The ARIS Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining business process models using ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) toolset. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand document and improve business processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and optimize business process models using ARIS.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process models.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Ensure all process documentation is accurate comprehensive and uptodate.

Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on ARIS tools and methodologies.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss and refine business processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulatory requirements in process documentation.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Maintain a repository of business process models and ensure easy access and retrieval of information.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

Proven experience as an ARIS Modeler or similar role.

Proficiency in ARIS toolset (ARIS Architect ARIS Designer ARIS Connect etc.).

Strong understanding of business process modeling and notation (BPMN).

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus Preferred Skills:
