Complete HR formalities after recruitment
Joining formalities to be completed on the day of joining
Appointment letters to be issued on day of joining
Email IDs to be created issued on day of joining
Employee Code to be created on the day of joining
Employee personal file to be created on day of joining with all documents completed as per checklist
Timely Preparation and submission of Organization chart
Implement communication initiatives as per guidelines (for allocated departments)
Fulfill Joining formalities to be on the day of joining
Verify invoices & timely submission to the Finance team
Timely and accurate maintenance of leave records; resolving employees queries related to leaves within a working day
