Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented and resultsdriven Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects involving Oracle and Workday implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management extensive experience with Oracle and Workday systems and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle and Workday systems.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate project status milestones and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams providing clear direction and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands and timelines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and records.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT projects.
- Extensive experience with Oracle and Workday implementations and integrations.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion delivering on time and within budget.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Oracle and Workday platforms including configuration customization and integration.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
