Services include Fund Administration Treasury Management Investor Relations Middle Office Management and our focus areas are Hedge Funds Venture Capital Real Estate Private Equity. We are looking for Project Manager with AI development and delivery focus.

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects for End client. Project Manager will ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams utilizing expertise in AI and leveraging cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and its development tools.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of software development projects from conception to completion with focus on AI.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively including developers data scientists and other team members.
Agile Practices: Utilize safe agile practices to manage project budgets timelines and quality requirements.
Technical Expertise: Understand AI technologies machine learning and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure (desired) or AWS or Google Cloud).
Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks ensuring smooth execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Present project updates manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of scalable reliable and secure AI solutions.
Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor project progress identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience managing successful software development projects esp. AI.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to translate the technical into business language
Ability to lead others and Curiosity & desire to grow and learn
Agile certification (e.g. Scrum Master) is a plus.
Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value on top of the Azure platform through Architect Design Sessions Ideation Workshops and Rapid Prototyping

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of generative AI models and their applications.
Experience working with large datasets.
Cloud platform certifications (e.g. Azure Certified AI Engineer).
