• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution

• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Engineering or Project Management
• Proven experience in a project management role with a track record of successful project delivery
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align projects with organizational goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets
• Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams
