As our Liens Negotiator in our Liens department you will have the opportunity to manage legal cases in the liens stage and negotiate with medical providers to provide the best outcome for our clients’ settlements.
Daily Tasks:
Communicate with both governmental insurance (MediCal Medicare Medicaid VA etc.) and private insurance carriers.
Negotiate liens with hospitals and healthcare providers on behalf of our clients.
Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices coworkers and clients alike.
Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
Build strong rapport with potential clients.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your Skills:
3 years of experience negotiating liens for personal injury cases.
Strong knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types.
Strong computer skills and experience with Office 365.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Superior communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
