As our Auditor in our Accounting department you will have the opportunity to review and audit our cases in our liens department in a for a 500 person operation.
Daily Tasks:
Audit IOLTA accounts to ensure compliance with California regulations.
Navigate through QuickBooks and cross reference our case files.
Identify and escalate potential issues.
Work interdepartmentally with Liens Accounting and our General Counsel.
Create daily weekly and monthly reports to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Your Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 3 years of Auditing experience.
Experience with Trust Accounting at a Law Firm preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables VLook Ups and Logic Functions.
Highly detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and reprioritize projects.
Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment.
