Job Description

Prestatech is a leading provider of cloudbased underwriting solutions and embedded finance products. We offer sophisticated APIs and tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy in the digital credit space.

As we expand our operations into the German market were seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion in Germany particularly focusing on our APIbased solutions that harness the power of AI advanced algorithms and Big Data technologies.

This is a role with a strong entrepreneurial dimension that is aimed at experienced sales profiles capable of demonstrating agility and goaloriented mindset who have already worked in Fintech Proptech companies or software (provides in the financial services sector) companies in Germany.

This person will report to the CEO and will be responsible for building successful partnerships with German clients/partners acting as a leader in driving commercial excellence in daily operations and project work.

Tasks

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Outreach: Develop a portfolio of opportunities through an outbound strategy to acquire new clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Conclude contracts and foster longterm relationships with new clients.
  3. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and IT teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
  4. Negotiation Expertise: Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
  5. Market Intelligence: Provide insights into competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisionmaking.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to drive sales growth and a keen understanding of the German market dynamics. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for driving business expansion.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses

experience in Fintech/Proptech/Software companies is a must

excellent process and project management skills as well as possess highlevel communication and negotiation skills;

strategic thinking skills;

a positive enthusiastic and sociable personality;

great adaptability;

solid proficiency in the use of MS Office;

a fluent command of the German language and a good command of English;

availability for client meetings across Germany.
