Document Management:
• File and organize all project documents systematically for easy retrieval in both hard and soft copies.
• Professional translation of received documents from the local authorities from Arabic to English as needed.
Meetings and Workshops Planning:
• Take professional minutes of meetings in English, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation.
• Plan and organize project-related events, such as site visits, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist in creating presentations with professional design as drafted by the project management team.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing slides and documents.
Proactive Coordination & Support:
• Identify and address issues proactively, providing support to the project management team.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, local authorities and the donor.
• Follow up on project-related issues with the client and donor to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and prioritize incoming emails from the client and donor. Prepare draft replies as outlined by the management team, ensuring they align with the team's communication strategy and objectives.
