Responsibilities
Business Administration:
o Support core business meetings and communications
o Support HR activities as needed i.e. HRIS management (approving leave applications)
o Scheduling and tracking candidate interviews
o WHS/Fair Work training reviews coordinating and scheduling
o Uniform distribution (plus maintaining inventory)
o Expense reconciliation
o Credit card review and reporting
o Document formatting with business templates
o Arrange company internal and external events (e.g. Lunch and iLearns Christmas parties All
Hands meetings)
o Maintain peer recognition program
o Research projects (e.g. reviewing new offerings for employee benefit program vs existing)
Travel:
o Travel Reporting (Uber usage CT)
o Management of Uber account
o Booking of Board travel (leveraging and promoting current vendor relationship)
o Approval POC
o Management of eTags
Office Support:
o Engage with landlords for officebased requirements (lease related) and escalate as needed
o Own vendor relationships for all office supplies and support
o Ownership of all officebased activities to keep an office running (leverage sitebased
support)
o Support set up/layout of office space for employees (current and new)
o Support contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
o Support internal IT on office and IT equipment as needed
o Address employee queries around office management issues
o Occupational Health and Safety ensuring we have WHS audits completed and have the
right level of WHS First Aid and Warden representatives

Fleet Management:
o Track (via register) and manage fleet to ensure they are safe and functional for employees
that are using them
o Own the vendor relationships associated with fleet management
o Manage fuel cards servicing maintenance repairs and licensing etc
