Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Human Resources Officer to manage and execute all HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations handling employeerelated services regulatory compliance and ensuring the companys HR practices are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the recruitment process including job postings resume screening scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation ensuring new hires are wellintegrated into the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance management processes including performance reviews and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Assist in employee relations activities including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.



Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus
