Job Description:
Title: IMS Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Location: San Jose CA (Day 1 onsite)
Client: HCL
Rate: $65/hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
12 years of experience in telecom.
Should be able to work with crosscultural teams.
Propose continuous improvement for the team by giving the checkpoints to avoid any process gaps.
Documenting the KPI / SLA methodologies for quality improvements.
Interact with the client regularly to capture their pain points in quality and provide the trends of the teams quality performance for improvement.
Should be able to prepare WSRs MBRs & QBRs for client reviews.
Report Program delivery progress and milestones in monthly Business Reviews. Hiring and onboarding support.
Proactively managing the deliverables defined towards the Service Level Objectives (SLO).
Developing and managing project documentation.
Managing project schedules (Gantt charts Kanban).
Proactively managing delivery risks and coordinating issues resolution.
Ensuring that progress risks and issues are tracked via incident management tool to enable discoverability for client and support effective alignment with related projects run by client.
Escalation management.
Performance management Provide benchmarking and advice on potential development.
Technical Skills:
Should have good knowledge of SIP MSRP protocol.
Should have good knowledge of IMS/RCS Architecture.
Hands on experience on endtoend RCS call flow like onetoone chat group chat etc.
Having Knowledge on SBG is an advantage.
Should have good debugging skills on protocol level like SIP MSRP TCP.
Should have Hands experience on tools like Wireshark.
Ability to work in rotational shifts. Should be flexible in 24*7 environment.
Experience in Android application debugging and should know how to capture Bug reports logcat & adb commands.
Experience in bug reporting on any bug tracking tools & should have a good understanding of the bug life cycle and its stages.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
