Job Description:
- Apply now for the position of Portfolio Management Professional and you will join our Global Center for Innovation in Diagnostics Team with locations in the United States Germany and India contributing to the innovation and growth of our Diagnostics business unit through understanding and addressing unmet customer needs.
Your Role:
- Implement and maintain project management systems throughout organization having oversight over a diverse portfolio projects
- Maintain current project management tools and ensure compliance of all project managers within the organization to track key performance metrics and project status to measure success
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to aid in development project proposals including definition of milestones setting timelines and scope definiton
- Monitor project plans milestones and budget
- Development of project and portfolio summary views
- Roll out new features and tools for project management throughout the organization including generation of training materials training execution and troubleshooting.
- Build successful working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Serve as project manager on special projects
Your Expertise:
- Effective project management professional
- Great communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills
- Proven track record of building relationships within global teams and influencing without authority
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
Required Skills Education and Experience for this position:
- BS/BA in Life Sciences or Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in project/program management
- Experience with standard project management tools preferably Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and PowerBI
- Experience within the IVD industry a plus
- East Coast or Central time zones preferred
