Salary: $900$1400
Working Hours & Time Zone: 8:30am5pm PST (flexible)

The client is a licensed CPA firm offering professional accounting and bookkeeping services to today's organizations.

Since its inception we have been helping businesses and nonprofits in BC with their accounting needs. We're on a mission to deliver great accounting services to local clients to benefit our community.

• Perform fullcycle bookkeeping services for various clients
• Process payroll using cloudbased software and allocate payroll costs to proper projects/departments
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for clients
• Coordinate bookkeeping tasks among the team
• Prepare and file GST PST Payroll WCB and other compliance reports
• Communicate with clients respond to their queries and requests

Required skills/experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of solid full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience with payroll software Google Drive and many other cloud accounting apps
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Love working with people and care about client's experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word Excel Outlook
