Job Description
Your mission
- Supervision and monitoring of payment agreements and operational handling of dunning and collections activities.
- Working with the Underwriting & Risk Policy teams to optimise the collections cycle.
- Managing and collaborating with external partners in debt collection.
- Supporting other related departments (Merchant Operations Underwriting) and partnering with immediate internal stakeholders (finance risk sales and partnership departments).
- Be a key member of our team and work closely with our Lead Risk Manager.
- Visualise analytical results and construct automated reports/dashboards on the collection cycle.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of working experience in a fintech or financial company.
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is a must.
- Knowledge of SME financing and lending is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Confident driven and resultsoriented individual.
