Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering discipline, an advance degree (i.e. MS, Ph.D. or an MBA) is
- 10+ years of combined experience in a minimum of three of the following functions: research, development, operations, business development, intellectual property management, intellectual property transactions, consulting and finance
- Proven ability to assess IP and its impact, generate licensing opportunities, negotiate terms and execute agreements
- Experience in complex licensing and sales transactions, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in marketing and communications campaigns, especially related to technology marketing
