Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers.
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving in relation to strengthening Human Engineering and contributes to the Human Engineering growth strategy and capability roadmaps.
- Leads projects or initiatives to implement process / product improvements related to Human Engineering.
- Define system performance requirements to ensure safe and successful human operation of physical, functional, and program interfaces for pilots and maintainers.
- Apply human performance principles, methodologies, and technologies to the design of human-machine systems and products.
