Role: Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Lead
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Hybrid (1 week every 2 months roughly on site)
Capacity: Full time
Languages: Turkish Arabic and English
Rate: Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support large-scale solutions, providing technical expertise and resolving complex issues.
Actively mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and intellectual capital.
Build customer simulations to resolve complex problems and ensure compatibility.
Create and disseminate technical collateral and documentation.
Provide technical expertise and escalation support to resolve customer problems.
Work with engineering teams to solve complex problems and enhance serviceability.
Plan, design, implement, and optimize services.
Generate project life cycle documents (HLD, LLD, BoQ, NIP).
Attend customer meetings to address risks and issues.
Lead and implement technical project activities.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
Participate in complex service provider projects and resolve cross-functional issues.
