Role Overview:As the Payment Service Provider Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's payment processing systems. Your role involves overseeing relationships with payment service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to enhance payment efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Payment Operations: Oversee daily payment operations, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions to ensure optimal service and support.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Optimize Payment Systems: Work with IT and development teams to integrate and optimize payment solutions and technologies.
• Monitor and Analyze Performance: Generate and analyze payment performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement Risk Management: Implement and maintain anti-fraud measures and risk management protocols.
• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, fees, and service level agreements with payment service providers to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.
• Support Customers: Assist customer service teams with payment-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for payment processing and management.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
