Learning Operations Specialist
We are seeking a strong learning operations professional for the Partner Learning Services Learning Operations team. The Partner Learning Services team provides training to thousands of partners to help grow Google Cloud. The training portfolio includes virtual instructor-led classroom, and on-demand training. The scope is across the technology/cloud domain, and the team is responsible for, developing, launching, and successfully delivering learning programs that drive impact at scale.
Though this is a regional position (EMEA) within the global learning operations team, the individual might have to support other regions or training portfolios as the need arises.

Work location: remote in EMEA, ideally within 1 or 2 hours of the Irish time zone.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with regional teams, cross-functional learning operations teams, learning consultants to execute virtual instructor-led technical training for partners.
- Support learning program managers in the team to operationalize training in the region.
- Support the content and technical enablement leads to launch new training in the region.
- Co-ordinate with training partners and external mentors/instructors.
- Provide support on sending instructor communications (on training and logistics).
- Handle nominations and list of attendees to the training programs through internal learning and event management tools.
- Manage any pre-work and participant communications before, during or after the training.
- Maintain session tracker and other related documentation.
- Manage and resolve mailbox queries from learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the partner training programs, using survey tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by optimizing resources and logistics.
- Support learning program managers in the preparation of planned and ad-hoc reports.
Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years experience working in learning/training administration or coordination; preferably with technology organizations.
- Strong attention to detail amidst high volumes of training.
- Ability to work in a global team; strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive problem solving and willingness to go the extra mile to assist learners.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
