About The Job

We are seeking an ambitious AR&AP Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finance Operations team and collaborate with customers and suppliers. Our Finance Operations team consists of six colleagues located in Berlin and the US. Due to our growth, we are looking for support for our entity in France but also globally.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for our international subsidiaries, with a focus on the French entity.
• Maintaining our databases for accounts receivable and accounts payable, updating information as needed.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding payments and invoicing.
• Collaborating with other finance team members to enhance overall efficiency and improve month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies across the group including communication of updates for such policies.
• Support on improving processes such as the order-to-cash cycle in order to meet our KPIs.
  

Our Requirements

• An academic degree in Accounting or a comparable education/qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Preferably, experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations, or start-ups.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials and Lucanet is a plus.
