What Will You Do – Responsibilities
- Developing Trade Marketing Plans Create and implement trade marketing strategies that align with brand and sales objectives, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborating with Retailers and Distributors Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to secure prime shelf space, negotiate promotional opportunities, and ensure consistent brand representation
- Market Analysis and Insights Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive actions, using these insights to refine trade marketing strategies
- Managing In-Store Execution Oversee the implementation of in-store marketing activities, such as merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and promotional displays, ensuring they are executed effectively
- Tracking and Reporting Performance Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics such as sales growth, market share, and return on investment, and recommending improvements based on the data
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with broader company goals and marketing strategies
Whom Are We Looking For – Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales-related jobs
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint are a requisite.
