Customer Support Operation Associate

This is a remote position.

• Handling email inquiries with care
  
• Resolving customer complaints via phone email mail or social media
  
• Supporting Live Webinar Activities
  
• Following up with payment collections with various of products
  
• Support the backend operation of events and mentorship programs
  
• Supporting the operation of online events
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve online chat/email support requests and phone/email cases effectively.
  
• Adapt to changing environments and remain flexible.
  
• Display compassion and attentiveness to the needs of mentees/students in every interaction.
  
• Monitor and engage in social media interactions with mentees/students.
  
• Demonstrate technical proficiency by accurately and efficiently using appropriate systems and resources to handle all customer requests.
  

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
  
• Able to utilize computer technology to support customerrelated activities
  
• Customercentric approach with a positive attitude.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  
• Ability to respond to quick changes or adjustments in project delivery
  
• You must have constant and reliable computer and internet access
  
• Good efficiency with Excel Microsoft Word Google Chrome extension
  
• Having prior event organizing experience is a plus!
  
• Proficient in influencing and negotiating.
