Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at PCL you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while building relationships with potential clients. This role offers a chance to gain valuable experience in business development and the IT consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through research networking and outbound communications (emails calls social media).
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients presenting solutions aligned with our HR payroll and ERP services.
- Sales Pitching & Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to showcase PCL s expertise.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with consulting technical and marketing teams to align client needs with our solutions.
- FollowUp & Conversion: Engage in followup activities to convert leads into opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Support in Proposal Creation: Assist in preparing client proposals and responses to RFPs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or related fields.
- 01 years of experience in sales business development or similar roles (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving mindset and creative thinking.
- Basic understanding of IT services and ERP systems is a plus.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles (internship experience is acceptable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking.
