Junior Graphic Designer

• Creating designs for online platforms including digital videos visual concepts logos icons etc.
  
• Developing social media visuals for Instagram Facebook etc. to enhance brand awareness.
  
• Basic knowledge of editing and retouching images is preferable.
  
• Familiarity with creating reels and utilising AI tools to generate content and videos.
  
• Collaborating with Managers and Strategists to execute video and graphic treatments.
  
• Enhancing skills and creativity through proactive campaign involvement.
  
• Working efficiently within tight deadlines and highpressure environments.
  
• Demonstrating curiosity passion for media and design innovation and managing projects effectively.
  
• Delivering requested creatives within specified timeframes and adhering to strict deadlines.
  
• Ideating content and designing according to client needs.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor s degree in graphic design communication design or a related field.
  

• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator Photoshop CorelDraw After Effects and InDesign.
  

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to present ideas and design concepts effectively.
  

• Basic knowledge of AI tools for content generation.
  

• Understanding of design principles including colour theory typography and layout.
  

• Ability to create compelling visual messaging.
  

• Familiarity with 2D animation and video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  

• Proficient in designing for both print and digital mediums.
  

• Work Experience: 3 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing creative or design agency roles.
