Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a legal firm based in KL Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing secretary to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing SPA matter including sub sale and project cases.
  • To assist lawyers in handling all loan documentation for financing and refinancing.
  • All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment tenancy agreements and etc.
  • To liaise with clients bankers agents relevant government authorities and other relevant parties.
  • Raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner.
  • Monitor progress and update clients files.
  • To undertake any adhoc activities from the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
  • 24 years of experience in handling SPA and/or loan documentations
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Spoken and written English and Bahasa is required. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.
  • Good working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous with details.
