Were searching for a driven and multilingual Customer Support Hero to join our growing payments system team. Youll be the first line of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth user experience.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in both German (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with our payment system efficiently and accurately.
  • Build rapport with customers and foster positive experiences.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Stay uptodate on new features and functionalities of the payment system.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate and motivated individual with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • A team player with a positive and cando attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications.
