Tasks
- Assist sales representatives in closing deals within a designated region and other leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns to target accounts focusing on growth through upselling or introducing new solutions.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and its various applications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers establishing relationships at all levels within their organizations.
- Anticipate and handle objections during the sales process with clear and concise responses.
- Ensure daily and weekly updates of the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
- Participate in regular forecast review meetings to monitor progress towards revenue and growth goals.
- Enable sales reps to enhance their selling and product skills.
Requirements
- Native/fluent in German both oral and written (at least C2 level).
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Sales Inside Sales Solution Selling PreSales Account Management or Business Development in a quotabearing role.
- Experience in product/sales enablement is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoys engaging in conversations and talking to customers about solutions.
- Resourceful stressresilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Independent worker who is also a team player.
