Business Understanding

• Graduate in engineer with a minimum of 1215 years experience in HSES management roles in Oil & Gas / Petroleum projects.
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of international experience
• Certifications NEBOSH Industrial Fire & safety Lead Auditor ISO& OHSAS18001.

• Overall Oil and Gas projects Design & Execution
• Current trend in the international industry HSES practices

Knowledge

Skills

• Experience must include HSES and compliance aspects of project management (design fabrication installation construction and commissioning).
• HSE audits Incident investigation & reporting/ RCA
• HAZID/ENVID SIL Classifications Smoke Gas Fire and Explosion Risk Analyses Evacuation Analyses QRA ALARP assessments Fire and Gas Mappings and Noise Studies.
• Good experience with developing Safety Engineering Deliverables related to Escape Route Layouts Firewater Calculations and P & IDs Fire and Gas Drawings Hazardous Area Noise Specification and Flare Radiation

• Outstanding influencing skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain team relationships.
• Ability to challenge influence and lead on a broad range of HSES issues.
• Negotiating skills with the contractors and working to improve safety.
