About the role:

As the PR & Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/x) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our corporate & brand story in our local markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations and internal communications strategies that enhance our brand and employer image engage our external and internal stakeholders and support our business objectives in each country.

Your main tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing effective PR and corporate communication strategies for the German and Swiss markets and business units aligned with local business goals and the group overall communication strategy.
• Establishing local formats and driving strategic internal topics to actively shape the communication of an emerging Insurtech in Europe. Create compelling content for press releases articles newsletters social media and internal communications to promote our brand and corporate initiatives in different countries.
• Positioning of German & Swiss Clevel executives in business insurance and daily media while managing the corporate and personal LinkedIn profiles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets journalists and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries independently. Engage with various stakeholders including customers partners employees and industry members to foster positive relationships and support business growth.
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of PR and communication efforts in respective countries providing regular reports and insights to the team CLevel or senior management.

You are right with us if:

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in public relations corporate communications or a related field preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• You bring a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and international organization. That is why being fluent in German and English is a must (both written and spoken). Proficiency in French or Swiss German would be nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences. You have already gained initial experience in developing and executing strategic communication concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of the (insurance) media landscape in Germany and Switzerland with established media contacts as a plus.
