Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical and Renewable Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. This is a 100% remote position offering flexible working hours with a focus on 816 CET time. You will work closely with our recruitment team in Pakistan and support teams globally.
As a key member of our recruitment team you will leverage your experience in renewable energy sector to improve our recruiters knowledge and competence. Your role will involve job analysis candidate review and direct recruitment activities to ensure we provide the best talent to our renewable energy clients. Lastly you will be supporting improving our recruitment processes
Role Highlights
Training and Development: Create and deliver training materials to improve the effectiveness of our technical recruiters in sourcing qualified candidates for renewable energy projects.
Client Partnership: Collaborate with clients hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the skills and experience required for various positions (Job Analysis).
Candidate Review: Assess all candidates sourced by our technical recruiters before presenting them to lead recruiters or clients.
Candidate Presentation: Present suitable candidates to clients.
Support: Assist colleagues in their recruitment efforts as needed.
Recruitment Activities: Work as a recruiter when capacity allows.
Qualifications
Experience: 10 years in the renewable energy industry with solid technical expertise in the sector.
Training and Coaching: Proven experience in coaching and training teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Global Perspective: Comfortable working in a global and multicultural environment.
Motivation: Highly motivated and interested in recruitment with a desire to learn and develop recruitment skills and master various recruitment tools used by the company.
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
