Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sme's at Safwa Islamic Bank located in Amman. The Head of Sme's will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) department. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain SME clients, managing a team of professionals, assessing creditworthiness, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and leading an SME department
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and practices
• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
