Licensed Physical Therapist Full-Time Position Available

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical abilities and needs.
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility strength and functional independence.
  
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercises manual therapy and modalities.
  
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their health and wellness.
  
• Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurses and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress notes.
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  
• Current state licensures as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
  
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidencebased practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
