Job Summary:
Our client is looking to hire a food and beverage manager to join our team. In this position you will take the lead in forecasting planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages for our hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Process customer complaints patiently
- Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Track and order shipments
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
- Adhere to food health and safety standards
- Plan hire train oversee and manage the members of staff
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers

Requirements
Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management or related studies.
4 years of experience in the hospitality industry in a comparable role.
Knowledge of HACCP & FSMS is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a good communicator.
Computer proficient and able to compile reports for top management.
Knowledge in F & B SOP formulation and implementation
BSc degree in Marketing or related field. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales from the big FMCG firms. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
