Senior Accounts Executive

• To ensure books of accounts are maintained on a daily basis in Tally.
  
• Monthly MIS P&L BS Debtors Creditors fund flow etc.
  
• GST filing of GSTR1 GSTR3B GSTR2B Reconciliation ITC04 Annual return Refund application
  
• TDS monthly payments quarterly returns issuing Form 16/16A
  
• Balance Sheet Finalization
  
• Taking care of Invoicing and Export related documents & coordination with bank
• Employee salary tax working
  
• Finalization of accounts and Tax Audit
  
• Ensuring timely compliance of all statutory payments filings etc.
  
• Analysis of expenses for Cost reduction
  
• Checking verifying and analysis of Stock
  
• Generation of einvoices as per required
  
• Co ordinations Vendors and their queries
  

Requirements

• Experience Required 8 years (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)
  
• Must be good with export related invoicing process
  
• Complete Knowledge of GST
  
• Complete Knowledge of TDS
  
• Jewellery software knowledge
  
• Stock Inventory Tally ERP.9 Sale & Purchase Entry
  
• Good in Excel use
  
• Smart & Analytical
