Job Description
Responsibilities
Forecast monthly quarterly and annual results
Responsible for all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation of the group including
Tax planning assessments Finalization of companies books & ROCGST etc
Closely observe and monitor the changes in various government regulations
policies and analyze their impact on groups finances and prepare a strategy to
respond to these changes
Ensuring all statutory compliances well within time
Evaluating Internal control systems of the group and establishing proper
tracking systems to facilitate timely report of deviations to the management
Supervise and Control Finalisation of accounts MIS Budgeting Project
finance working capital management of the group
Supervise a team of Accountants
Allocate resources and manage cash flows
Conduct profit and cost analyses
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial
regulations
Consult board members about funding options
Recommend costreducing solutions
