Designation : Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience: 3 years in Customer Service
Salary: 15000
Skills : Knowledge in Excel email CRM Applications ERP System
Language : Hindi & English Fluency Any other language is preferred.
Timing : 9.30 Am 7.00 Pm
Location: Karur.
Job Desvription :
- Provide customer service over the phone with existing clients and new prospects by getting product feedback.
- Maintain CRM by collecting and updating data of existing clients and prospects.
- Follow up on tasks created in CRM on day to day basis.
- Assist onfiled and offfiled sales team by providing service to clients over the phone.
- Be able to close sales leads pending for confirmation over the phone.
- Follow up existing clients through whatsapp or phone calls for repeat orders.
- Generate reports in CRM for sales team and report directly to GM and MD.
