Role Summary:

The Generative AI (GenAI) Developer will be responsible for designing developing and deploying generative AI models. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to create AI solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deep learning natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement stateoftheart generative models using deep learning techniques.
• Design train and optimize algorithms and neural networks for various generative tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Conduct research to advance the field of generative AI and publish findings in toptier conferences and journals.
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI models for production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E. / BTech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on generative models.
• hands on experience in Generative AI LLM Data science NLP and python
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures including GAN (Generative adversarial network) VAE (Variational autoencoders) transformers and RNN (Recurrent neural network)
• Experience with NLP and computer vision techniques.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in mentoring & leading teams is preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
